Preparar&amp;nbsp; aparte esta salsa: dorar 1 cebolla picada en 100 gr de manteca hasta un color rubio claro - aparte disolver 1 1/2 cucharada de Maizena al ras en 1 taza de leche y sazonar - agregar a la cebolla y revolver a fuego fuerte hasta que comience a hervir - cocinar 2 minutos más a fuego mediano y servir sobre la carne.
